Setting up in business is a daunting yet exciting time in any persons life. Howver there are always those initial questions - Should I form a company, a partnership, or be a sole trader. Also there is the registration with the Revenue Commissioners. At Kavanagh & Company we can guide you through this process and give you the best advice that is relevant to your particular situation. Our fees for forming a company are €99 plus Vat. This fees includes the Companies Registration Office Fee and will register your company within 3-5 workings days. Once your company is set up with the Companies Registration Office we can register the company with the Revenue Commissioners. Should you wish to trade as a sole trader we can register a business name on your behalf with the Companies Registration Office. Our fee for this service is €49 plus Vat which would include the Companies Registration Office Fee. |
